Retiring in 2004, he continued to work in various consulting assignments for International Textile Group. His creativity, people skills and technical knowledge led to an early rise through the management ranks within Burlington® Industries and continues to serve as a strong foundation as an owner & Chairman of Burlington® Technologies, Inc.
Al Blalock joined Burlington® Technologies after a distinguished career at Burlington® Industries and Galey and Lord, Inc. Mr. Blalock has extensive experience as an executive in the home furnishings and apparel textile manufacturing industries. Today he serves as Co-Chairman of Burlington® Technologies.
Michael Durham was a long term Burlington® Industries, Inc. executive who initiated the sale of the intellectual assets, manufacturing and finishing facilities of Burlington® Industries to Tietex International, Ltd in 2002. His leadership set the stage for facilitating Tietex’s strategic realignment in marketing and merchandising to address the middle to higher-end customer base that would remain in the United States and is currently served by BT. Today Mike serves as the President & CEO for Burlington® Technologies, Inc.
Jim Joyner had a 37 year career with increasing responsibility as an executive in textile manufacturing with Burlington® Industries. Joyner retired as Executive Vice President of Manufacturing for the Burlington® House Division of Burlington® Industries in 2002. Today he plays an instrumental role as President & COO of BMS.
Marvin Gaines Jr. was a Plant Manager for International Textile Group of Burlington® Industries and, along with Robert Sills and Jim Joyner, purchased Burlington® Manufacturing Services from Burlington® Industries in May 2007. Marvin has 19 years of experience in yarn dying and textile manufacturing which serves him well as Executive Vice President of Manufacturing for BT.
Craig Tribble is a 33 year veteran in Sales, Marketing and Merchandising with Milliken & Company, LADD Furniture, Joan Fabrics Corp and Tietex Interiors. As a result of this diverse sales career, Craig has long-time relationships with BT’s target customers. Craig serves as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for BT.
